There is a standard requirement to have multifactor authentication (MFA) on all systems that collect patient information.
We have now added this extra security measure to our online questionnaire system.
New users will register as normal.
Logins will be remembered for 7 days, after which a user will be asked to re-authenticate their account, a code will be sent to the email used for registration.
