    • A copy of the study protocol can be downloaded
  • Which hospitals should be taking part in this study?
    • All acute hospitals in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and public hospitals in the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey that receive and treat patients that with Parkinson’s Disease
  • What is the study period for this study?
    • 7th January 2019 00:00am – 3rd March 2019 23:59pm inclusive
  • Should I include patients who have Parkinson’s Disease, but not dysphagia?
    • Yes. Only about 80% of Parkinson’s disease patients will have dysphagia. Our sampling method will allow us to review patients who had dysphagia but were not coded, and those patients where dysphagia was not identified/ diagnosed
